As you may have read in my bio, I have been a real estate investor and vacation rental owner. Some of my investments were financially profitable and some were not. There wasn't an organization like The Short Term Rental Summit that I knew of at the time, but if there was one, I likely wouldn't have listened to any advice that was given. I thought I knew what I was doing and my choices were valid. What was missing was a deep understanding of my own inner motivation, and what was really running my decisions.

The Enneagram was the first major wakeup call that began to fill in the missing pieces of my Real Estate investment desires and decisions. It wasn't just information or head knowledge, it was why I was doing what I did. I learned what was the real engine running all my decisions, and it gave me a path of growth that has changed the whole way I make decisions - From inside out instead of the reverse!

"Knowledge is Power", and that usually means information. However, one of the basic principles of the Enneagram is "Personality strangles essence". Learning to shift the balance from personality driven decisions to wise, essence driven decisions can make a BIG difference in profit and satisfaction.
